Yippy! Welcome 18's! I got surprise. The earliest surprise from my boyf, Dona Sonata. You know what he did? He came to my house at 00.00 with his brother a.k.a Fahmi. He brought a birthday cake on his hands with a candle number 18. On my birthday cake there is my photo with him. Oh its so cute. I was speechless and very very very happy. He also gave me a gift Elmo doll. I like Elmo so much. He understands what my favorite. I am very grateful to him. because nobody ever gave me a surprise at 00.00. I don't take picture with him because I look very wrinkled ang ugly hahaha. But I took the photo birthday cake and gifts

I really thank Allah because still allowed me to live and enjoy the world. I also thank to my amazing family, my lovely friends, and all the people I love and love me. I grew up. I was already 18 years old. I have to understand what is wrong and what is right in my life. I always hope for the best in my life. God always blessed me ♥♥♥

HUAAAAAAAAAAAA very excited today. After I dreaming about prince charming. I wish there is a prince charming come to me carrying bouquet of roses and then he says "would you be my girl friend?" ouh its so romantic, right?

And you know what?????

today, July 25 2012 a prince charming come to me. Oh no no no, maybe I should add one word behind. More precisely prince charming funny come to me. He carried two sticks of red roses for me. He grabbed both my hands. He's very funny. Many times he wanted to say but not so. That's the reason why I gave him the name prince charming funny. But, after he closed his eyes and take a breath, he opened his eyes again, he looked into my eyes deeply and said "would you be my girlfriend?" I'm speechless. Yes a prince charming really comes.


You remember? I once wrote something about the big dude in this blog. Dona Sonata, yes he is my prince charming. He is always with me, accompany me and give me more attention. I am very comfortable with him. I don't pray this relationship will be long, but I pray the best and how can we understand each other and make this relationship will be long.

Karma

In social networks 'twitter' says if today is "Karma Day in the World". I don't  understand what is meant. I laughed reading hell wrote hahahaha. But it's so the idea of ​​writing for me today. Okay, today I will describe 'Karma' with my own thoughts.

Banyak orang bilang Hukum Karma itu ada. Entah aku harus percaya atau enggak. Dan jujur aku takut sih kena karma. Yang aku tau Karma itu dari bahasa Sansekerta artinya perbuatan. Bisa disebut hasil dari perbuatan itu sendiri, jika seseorang yang terkena karma maka dia telah menerima akibat/hasil dari perbuatannya di masa lalu atau disaat itu juga, baik itu berupa karma baik karena melakukan perbuatan baik atau karma buruk karena melakukan perbuatan menyakiti atau merugikan orang lain, sehingga karma itu sering dikaitkan pada hukum alam, yaitu hukum sebab dan akibat.

Dunia itu berputar atau dalam isitilah disebut berotasi. Aku pernah ngerasain apa yang kamu rasain, kamu pernah ngerasain apa yang aku rasain, dia pernah ngerasain apa yang kamu rasa, dan aku bisa jadi bakal ngerasain apa yang dia rasa. Itu pasti! And whatever. You to believe or not. You may remember my words. 

Or karma is part of the mystery of God????? Manusia hanya diberi keterbatasan untuk mengetahui kenyataan yang sebenarnya, karena jika banyak manusia memahaminya, maka itu bukanlah misteri-Nya, karena bisa ditebak dan diduga oleh manusia, dan sudah pastinya dunia takkan ramai dengan hiruk pikuknya orang jahat, karena orang akan semakin takut berbuat jahat, karena sudah tahu akan akibat dan kapan akan menerima hasilnya. Entahlah tapi aku pernah ngerasain itu. Ngerasain semua bakal berotasi. Tuhan itu adil jadi Tuhan  bakal selalu ngasih pelajaran hidup buat umat-Nya.

Moving On!

People are different. Maybe you'll think that I easily fall in love. Yes, that's true. I just don't want to be too sad for long. I don't to drag of misery. I just want to enjoy with my life isn't long, maybe. For me, not have much time to forget but how do I to be alone and look for change. I do not hate my ex. however, I was with him. live all together. the joys and sorrows.


You think I am not sad? You are wrong. I am very sad I fell and probably difficult to get up. I think why all should be like this???? Not easy to build a relationship. It may be easy to build if you are not serious. but I think whatever I do I have to be serious. Okay, why I say not easy? Yeah because we must to know someone. How the person's behavior? How his family? What person's weakness? and what are the advantages of him. I actually lazy for that. But, all this must end. Probably, I ever cried. maybe, I've hurt. but now I am back because I moved on. Maybe you'll think that I was quick to moved on. but that's my way of forgetting.

I'm just trying to strong. I am strong because the people around me. My friends, my brothers, especially my mom. I learned from my mom. She's very strong. My father left us all for so many years ago. I also be strong like my mom. I'm not sad and be looking for a change. My mom always comfort me and give me advice.

Chocolate

Okayyyy, kali ini el bakal bahas tentang cokelat. Siapa sih yang ga suka coklat? Menurut el, coklat itu enak banget. Dari rasanya yang mulai macem-macem, bentuknya yang macem-macem itu bikin ngiler banget. Dari anak kecil sampe nenek kakekpun masih suka banget yang namanya coklat. Banyak banget orang salah presepsi tentang coklat. Katanya, kalo makan coklat bisa bikin gemuk. Kalian bakal tau setelah baca artikel ini.

Coklat ternyata berkhasiat membuat umur seseorang menjadi lebih panjang. Suatu studi epidemiologis telah dilakukan pada mahasiswa Universitas Harvard yang terdaftar antara tahun 1916-1950. Dengan menggunakan food frequency questionnaire berhasil dikumpulkan informasi tentang kebiasaan makan permen atau coklat pada mahasiswa Universitas Harvard.

Diduga antioksidan fenol yang terkandung dalam coklat adalah penyebab mengapa mereka bisa berusia lebih panjang. Fenol ini juga banyak ditemukan pada anggur merah yang sudah sangat dikenal sebagai minuman yang baik untuk kesehatan jantung. Coklat mempunyai kemampuan untuk menghambat oksidasi kolesterol LDL (kolesterol jahat) dan meningkatkan fungsi kekebalan tubuh, sehingga dapat mencegah risiko penyakit jantung koroner dan kanker.
Sepertiga lemak yang terdapat dalam coklat adalah asam oleat yaitu asam lemak tak jenuh. Asam oleat ini juga dominan ditemukan pada minyak zaitun. Studi epidemiologis pada penduduk Mediterania yang banyak mengkonsumsi asam oleat dari minyak zaitun menyimpulkan efek positip oleat bagi kesehatan jantung. Makan coklat tidak akan menimbulkan kecanduan, tetapi bagi sebagian orang rasa coklat yang enak mungkin menyebabkan kerinduan untuk mengkonsumsinya kembali. Ini yang disebut chocolate craving. Dampak coklat terhadap perilaku dan suasana hati (mood) terkait erat dengan chocolate craving. Rindu coklat bisa karena aromanya, teksturnya, manis-pahitnya dsb. Hal ini juga sering dikaitkan dengan kandungan phenylethylamine yang adalah suatu substansi mirip amphetanine yang dapat meningkatkan serapan triptofan ke dalam otak yang kemudian pada gilirannya menghasilkan dopamine. Dampak dopamine adalah muncul perasaan senang dan perbaikan suasana hati. Phenylethylamine juga dianggap mempunyai khasiat aphrodisiac yang memunculkan perasaan seperti orang sedang jatuh cinta (hati berbunga). Konon Raja Montezuma di jaman dahulu selalu mabuk minuman coklat sebelum menggilir harem-haremnya yang berbeda setiap malam.

Katekin adalah antioksidan kuat yang terkandung dalam coklat. Salah satu fungsi antioksidan adalah mencegah penuaan dini yang bisa terjadi karena polusi ataupun radiasi. Katekin juga dijumpai pada teh meski jumlahnya tidak setinggi pada coklat. Orang tua jaman dahulu sering mempraktekkan cuci muka dengan air teh karena dapat membuat kulit muka bercahaya dan awet muda. Seandainya mereka tahu bahwa coklat mengandung katekin lebih tinggi daripada teh, mungkin mereka akan menganjurkan mandi lulur dengan coklat.
Coklat juga mengandung theobromine dan kafein. Kedua substansi ini telah dikenal memberikan efek terjaga bagi yang mengkonsumsinya. Oleh karena itu ketika kita terkantuk-kantuk di bandara atau menunggu antrian panjang, makan coklat cukup manjur untuk membuat kita bergairah kembali. 

Nah, kurang lebih itu manfaat dari mengkonsumsi coklat. Apa masih mikir kalo makan coklat itu bisa bikin gemuk? Hahaha gausah khawatir lagi. Yang ada kalo kita mengkonsumsi coklat 'dengan wajar' itu akan bikin jantung kita sehat

Big Dude!

Whazzup? I miss blogging btw. I have a dude. His name is Dona. Maybe if you just know his name, you suspect she is a woman, right? But, no..no... He is a man hahaha. He not asked me to make this post on my blog. I want to make it. Actually I wanted to write this yesterday, but  I don't know, I like to postpone anything, I think it becomes my habbit, it such a bad thing, don't follow me that way.


Okayyyyy back to Dona. His full name is Dona Sonata. Born on April, 3 1993. He's a Batamnese. Actually he's my senior. He had entered college last year, but he was not comfortable with the faculty. Finally he tried another faculty this year.I met him at campus events. P2KK (personality and leadership programs). Activity lasted for 6 days. I'm glad to see it. He was quiet and shy. We are not too close to each other but trying to close hahahaha. After event P2KK, we still contact via bbm. From there we tell each other. Now, I know him more. He was very funny, sweet, and makes me very comfortable. I loved to hear him laugh, I also really like to hear when he speaks accent like upin ipin hahaha. I like to talk with him. He's a good listener and good speaker. So we are "connected" or "related" or something like that. These are some pict of him.

The Colors of Roses
